Alison Moutrey3 October 2026What fantastic service and care i received today from the team at Village eyecare. I popped in to have my glasses altered as they needed tightening up and asked about an eye test for bi-focals instead of varifocals, I was asked why I need to change after only 6 month of my last prescription. I said everything was blurry and couldn't focus, they immediately a asked the optician to see me and carried out some tests. Ive now got a referral to see someone for cataract treatment, as the type of cataracts I have are aggressive. I cant thank them all enough for their care and help. We carry out eye and contact lens examinations, as well as hearing tests. We have access to our own off-site large manufacturing laboratory, allowing us to supply varifocals, bifocals, and even high prescription single vision lenses with a very quick turnaround time.
